Libertarians love to co-opt.

EWWW WHAT THE FUCK IS THIS SHIT GET THIS AWAY FROM ME.

I don’t think its just a libertarian thing. The left is equally guilty when they use metaphors like “wage slavery”.

Derweze, also known as the door to hell, is a 70 meter wide hole in the middle of the Karakum desert in Turkmenistan. The hole was formed in 1971 when a team of soviet geologists had their drilling rig collapse when they hit a cavern filled with natural gas. In an attempt to avoid poisonous discharge, they decided to burn it off, thinking that the gas would be depleted in only a few days. Derweze is still burning today

I am in love with beauty. There is so much of it in this world, but so little outside the work of The creator. I answered once, when asked why I wanted to be an architect, “I want to be like God.” Got weird looks, but what the fuck?! Why not try to be the best? He makes beauty, people make ugly. Louis Kahn once said, “I think we are made to express ourselves, and no other purpose.” Damn straight. All I want to do is make beautiful objects, and its becoming an obsession.
